These terms govern your use of the Sengal VPN apps, website and service ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account and subscription details secure. Subscription links and keys are personal — do not share them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law;
• send spam, run attacks, scan networks or distribute malware;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy of others;
• use peer-to-peer file sharing (BitTorrent traffic is blocked on our servers);
• resell or share access to the Service without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the App Store are managed and refunded according to that store's policies.

Availability

We work hard to keep the Service fast and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or able to access every website or service in every network.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sengal is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
