Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Sengal VPN ("Sengal", "we", "us") collects when you use our apps and website, and how we use it. We built Sengal to protect your privacy, so we collect as little as possible.

What we don't collect

• The websites you visit or the apps you use while connected.
• The content of your traffic.
• DNS queries made through the VPN.

What we do collect

• Account information — an account identifier and, if you provide one, an email address or contact handle, so we can deliver your subscription and support you.
• Subscription status — your plan, its expiry date and payment status. Payments are processed by the app store or payment provider; we never see your full card details.
• Aggregate usage — the total amount of data used by your account, to enforce plan limits and keep the service fair for everyone.
• Connection metadata — the time of your most recent connection and the server used, kept only as long as needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.
• Crash reports — anonymous diagnostic data from the app, if you allow it, to fix bugs.

How we use information

We use this information only to provide and improve the service, manage your subscription, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us run the service (such as hosting and payment providers), under obligations to protect it, or when required by applicable law.

Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing support@sengal.net.

Children

Sengal VPN is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
